Lighthouse Keeping through Emotional Connection

I am a big believer that when people share their sentiments, that may be as small as “little tired today” “a lot going on” they are looking to build a supportive connection, where they feel safe and secure to disclose their personal belongings to you. Conversations like these can spark to the deeper relationships and helps to fulfill profoundly, often unconscious, desires. This can be described as a survival guide for rainy days. It strengthens relationships, sustains lifelong friendships, and brings families together through good and bad times.

We are social creatures. We are all connected on this planet in alignment with our interests, behaviors, perception, our tastes, our likes and dislikes. Emotional connection isn’t a luxury, it is necessity to keep our mental sanity in check.  We want to be surrounded by those who reciprocate our feeling mutually, with the same level of respect, value, and kindness. The meaningful connection warms our heart with a sense of joy, and a comfort in silence. Those people who know how to build an emotion connection are like a lighthouse, they shine their light and being a radiant example of unconditional love, peace and incredible wholesomeness. There is no denying the truth that we feel more accomplished, more fully of ourselves when we are connected emotionally. Hang on to those kinds of people who you can connect, emotional connection is hard to find because only they can help you see and become the best version of yourself. Finding your kind of people are like finding your inner peace and even sometimes finding a part of yourselves.

Emotional connection is like a cornerstone for a fulfilling existence. Mind and body are intricately connected.  Things happen in life that may disrupt the normal course of your otherwise happy life. As humans, we experience how we respond to the way we think, feel, and behave. Let’s embark on the journey of emotional connectedness, because a holistic approach to well-being involves maintaining a healthy balance of physical, mental and spiritual health.

Emotional connection is the compass that guides us to maintain a positive outlook and achieve a fulfilling, healthy present. I am grateful to those who give back to me, allowing me to fully experience and immerse myself in the beauty of life. What I have understood is, “peace cannot be kept by force; it can only be achieved by understanding” through an emotional connection, who is willing to be understood beyond self.
